Are you confident that the health of workers at your premises is adequately safe-guarded?

• Do you feel competent to carry out COSHH assessments, as legally required?

• Do these health risk assessments cover all substances used or produced (such as dusts, welding fumes and diesel exhaust emissions)?

• Do your air sampling surveys consider statistics, as recommended in HSE Guidance Note G409 re-issued in January 2022? See Assessment Strategy tab for further information.

• Have you carried out noise assessments to ensure that the hearing of workers is adequately protected??

• Are you confident that you can defend any future claims by employees that their health has suffered due to exposures whilst working for you?
